You've already tried really bloody hard.

You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Saved the scripts. Promised yourself tomorrow will be different.

And yet, when you're actually triggered - none of it works.

You're NOT failing. You've just been trying to fix the wrong thing.

The problem isn't that you're a bad parent, or that you don't know enough about parenting. In those heated moments, your nervous system takes over before your logical brain gets a look in.

You're not here because you don't love your children enough. You're not here because you haven't tried hard enough. And you don't need another script to remember while someone is screaming and you're trying to get three kids out the door.

You need to understand what happens to YOU in those moments and have tools that still work when real life is happening.

In this free training, you'll discover:

✓  Why you can know exactly how you want to respond, and still find yourself shouting & wanting to run and hide before you've even had time to think, and exactly what to do instead.

✓  The 3 regulation tools you can actually use in the messy moments - tantrums, sibling fights, bedtime battles, backchat. Not just when you're already calm.

✓  Simple, under-2-minute practices to bring you back down the moment you feel yourself tipping over the edge. PLUS a live 5-minute breathing and body reset that creates a sense of calm and safety within you (and your kids).

✓  How to stay connected AND hold your boundaries - without confusing regulated parenting with permissive parenting.

“When one parent’s nervous system becomes more grounded, the entire family dynamic can shift.”

Dr Jade Redfern

This is for you if...

Your child’s meltdowns trigger a reaction in you that makes you feel like it’s an emergency - you need to shut down.

Your kids fighting triggers a sense of panic or frustration, that ends in yelling (then googling at midnight, ‘what’s wrong with my kids, why can’t they just get along’).

Your child’s not listening and pushback feels like defiance and disrespect.

You take their harsh words or ‘rudeness’ as a personal attack, you snap back which adds fuel to the fire, then you feel like you’re failing.

Their bedtimes are exhausting and end in tantrums and tears (theirs and yours) and leave you unable to relax and enjoy what’s left of your evening. Then you lie awake questioning whether you’re really cut out for being their parent.

None of which is ‘true but it’s the stories, the beliefs we tell ourselves when parenting feels hard.

These hard moments are the experiences from our own childhoods being reawakened within us, when our kids simply ‘act like kids’. Except we’re no longer the powerless child we once were! We’re now the adult and we get to change how this story plays out.

You want to become their safe space, the person they turn to, heck even run to, when life gets hard… and that starts today!

 Here's what becomes possible

Imagine your child is melting down, and instead of feeling yourself boil over, you know exactly what's happening in your body (and theirs) and what to do next.

You can hold the boundary without yelling or giving in.

You can deal with the behaviour without using threats or becoming someone you don't recognise.

And when things do go wrong (because you're human, and they will) you know how to repair, instead of spiralling into shame.

This isn't about letting behaviour slide, never saying no, or staying zen while your child destroys the living room. You'll learn how to regulate yourself and remain the sturdy adult holding the boundary.

THIS is how children learn to regulate their emotions & behaviours… by being shown how (on repeat).

How different you can feel in a short space of time...

About Jade:

Dr. Jade Redfern is a Clinical Psychologist and mum of three. Her work bridges science and real life, helping parents respond to their child’s big feelings without yelling, bribing, or shutting down emotions.

Even with years of professional training, Jade found that becoming a parent was deeply triggering. Parents today are under so much pressure to “get everything right” raising emotionally intelligent and resilient kids, while teaching skills we were never taught ourselves.

Jade gives parents those tools in a way that is down to earth, compassionate, and accessible.

Her approach blends attachment and neuroscience with practical therapeutic tools, nervous system regulation, and lived parenting experience. The focus is on connection and emotional resilience for the whole family, without slipping into permissive parenting or falling back on threats and punishments.

This is not about perfect parenting or being the “calm” parent all the time. It’s about becoming the grounded, sturdy parent you needed, and the parent your kids get to enjoy, even in the messy moments.
